Vấn đề sở hữu trí tuệ (IP) ngày càng trở nên cấp thiết và nóng bỏng khi các vụ xâm phạm bản quyền đang đe dọa đẩy lùi sự phát triển của xã hội.

Từ các vụ lùm xùm mới đây liên quan tới cơ quan truyền thông lớn, cho tới những hành vi vi phạm thường ngày mà chúng ta vô tình bỏ qua, tất cả đã để lại những hệ lụy không nhỏ, đòi hỏi sự quan tâm đúng mức hơn nữa của các cơ quan chức năng, của cộng đồng và đặc biệt là giới trẻ.

Rap News chuyên đề số 11 với những câu chuyện thời sự liên quan tới IP chính là lời cổ vũ cho sự sáng tạo, thúc đẩy việc nâng cao ý thức, thực thi pháp luật bảo vệ bảo quyền.

Đặc biệt, để kỷ niệm Ngày Sở hữu trí tuệ Thế giới hàng năm (26/4), một sự kiện của Tổ chức Sở hữu Trí tuệ Thế giới (WIPO) được tổ chức lần đầu tiên tại Việt Nam./.

This is one of the cases related to intellectual property
So how can you define intellectual property? How important is it?
Simply, it's all our creations and innovations
Being registered or automatically protected by our national law

For a country to grow up, we need much creativity
From science and technology to arts and culture, that improves our standard of living
Creating something new requires lots of dedication
But if others can copy that easily then no one wanna make contribution

So intellectual property rights need much respect
Enforcement Authorities need strengthen the law
Giving wings to Vietnamese intelligence and raising people’s awareness, that’s what we should do

The 26th of April is selected as the World IP Day every year,
to honor creativities and innovations of human life.
This year, it is our pleasure to have representative from WIPO to attend our celebration of the Day in Viet Nam.

Not really profound, copyright story actually starts with small actions
Using legitimate software to watch copyrighted programs is not so hard
It also motivates inventors’ creativity to better serve the society
There have been many inventions benefiting mankind by and large

Without respect for IP, we ourselves suffer
VTVcab is cut, just an example. Even a worm will turn
VTVcab threatened to sue
Unauthorized broadcasting channels absolutely suffer a lost

But in other point of view, respect doesn’t mean extremism
Like saying Flappy Bird is a copycat, Nitendo claims that’s “not copy”
There is so so much to tell copyright stories
Everyday, unconsciously and unintentionally, we do what we shouldn’t do

In short, don’t take possession of things not belonging to you
Human beings living together completely in reason and love
I invest blood and tears while you lose money, who wants to be such a free-rider like that
We can run a joint venture to make this world a better place
